Baked Chicken And Ranch Dressing

2 1/2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Cut In Strips And Cubes
1 Small Onion, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 Cup Crushed Pepper Corns
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Celery Salt
2 Packages Ranch Dressing
1 Tablespoon Cayenne [Optional]

Cooking Directions:
Preheat your oven to about 325 degrees. In a large mixing bowl add your 2 packages of ranch, onions, garlic, crushed pepper corns, oregano and celery salt. Mix well. Set aside. Take your boneless, skinless chicken strips and generously soak them in the ranch mixture coat very well. Place the boneless, skinless chicken in a large sprayed baking dish and place in the over for 40-50 minutes or until the chicken is tender or golden brown. Serve with Celery Sticks and Spicy Buffalo Sauce. Add 1 tablespoon Cayenne for a kick of spice.
