1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

2 Teaspoon Hot Sauce

Cooking Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, 2 1/2 teaspoons salt, hot sauce, and 1 teaspoon pepper and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Fire up the grill and smoke chicken wings over mesquite wood chips, if possible. Baste chicken wings frequently with barbecue sauce mix. Turn chicken periodically and cook chicken 20-25 minutes or until the juices are clear. Any leftover barbecue sauce keeps well in refrigerator.
