1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt

Cooking Directions:
Quarter chicken and sprinkle with plenty of salt and crushed black pepper. Place in a large skillet and on medium high heat with vegetable oil. Add sliced onions and cook until chicken is tender, about 15-20 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, garlic salt and celery seed. Bring to mixture to a roaring boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 20-25 minutes.
