2 Tablespoons Buttermilk
2 Eggs, Beaten

Cooking Directions:
Season chicken livers with pepper. Add buttermilk to beaten eggs and dip livers in to egg mixture. Roll in flour and coat livers well. heat about 1/4 inch oil in a heavy skillet and brown livers on both sides. Lower heat and cook until tender about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from skillet, drain on paper towels, salt and pepper again and serve immediately.
