Cooking Directions:
Place chicken in a large saucepan and cover with water. On high heat, Cook about 15 minutes, drain and cool. Cut into 1 inch chucks, season with salt and pepper and place in large salad bowl. Add sliced apples, celery, walnuts. Stir in yogurt and mayonnaise and toss to mix well. Chill Before serving for best taste.
